One to One Coaching
One to one coaching helps you attend to your own experience at a deep level. By being facilitated in this way and trusting your own wisdom within, you will gain access to aspects of your inner world that you were not so far aware of, where clarity, inner resources and new insights can come from and transformation can happen.
I offer 90 minute coaching sessions tailored to you and your needs.
1 x 90 min session: £130
How many sessions you need will depend on the topic, your system, the complexity of the issue and the circumstances. Sometimes one session is sufficient and sometimes it takes a little more time.
I offer a special rate for blocks of 4 sessions or more, when booked at the same time. If you would like to book a block of sessions let me know.
Block booking: £110 per session
*I also have a limited number of reduced rate sessions available per month for those who need it. If the cost is a barrier, please let me know.

Events
In times of major life change, we often feel alone and isolated, as our immediate social group may not be able to hold space for us or support us in a way that makes us feel fully seen and heard. There is also the problem of cultural taboos - those topics we aren’t meant to talk about, such as death or how the new baby - as lovely as she is - is really hard to cope with. We are told “pull yourself together,” “move on,” or “get over it already,” which completely denies us the opportunity to process what has happened and to adjust, grow, and transition well.
Our events are facilitated one-off workshops around a theme that we will explore together as a group. They are designed to support your transition process in a safe environment. As a result you will feel validated, witnessed and belonged in a community of trust - to be truly seen and heard, receive support, and offer the same to others.
